Eligibility for Return

You may return a product if:

  • It arrives in a damaged or defective condition.
  • It has a manufacturing defect.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Steps to Initiate a Return

  4. Return Shipping: We will arrange a return pickup or provide the return shipping address. In some cases, we may issue a replacement without requiring a return.

Refund & Replacement

  • Replacement: If the product is available in stock, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for minor color variations due to screen settings.
  • Any return request made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
